Refunds and Returns:
I strive to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchases.
If there are any issues please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. I don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase!
However, if we cannot find you something else or fix your issue. I will accept returns with in 60 days of receipt of item. A full refund will be issued if the product is in its original condition. Christmas gift items will be accepted up to the 15th of January.
If the item is over £60 return shipping must be via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and insurance for the value and is the cost is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be in resalable condition.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Ring Sizer
- Gift Vouchers & DYOR Gift Deposits
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the entire cost.
